Moor disposable pack "Bad Pyrmont" 350 g The disposable moor packs are available in 2 different sizes with different filling quantities. In all sizes, the mud is evenly distributed between permeable fleece (patient side) and impermeable foil (heat transfer side). The permeable fleece allows intensive skin contact so that an exchange of substances with the patient's skin is possible. The medicinal peat pack, stored at room temperature, is placed directly on the patient and receives heat from the heat transfer medium placed on the medicinal peat pack. Ready-to-use disposable packs are to be used only in combination with a recyclable heat carrier. Indications for hot application (radiant heat treatment): - Subacute and chronic inflammations of rheumatic forms (inflammatory and degenerative joint and spinal diseases, "soft tissue rheumatism") - Post-acute conditions after traumas to the musculoskeletal system - Functional circulatory disorders. Heat carrier kerosene, 2,4 kg The kerosene heat carrier is filled with a foam heat accumulator made of hard kerosene according to DAB 10. The heat carrier is heated in the heating cabinet to approx. 55 - 65 °C and is used with particularly good success with moor disposable packs. The heat carrier - kerosene is vacuum sealed. This manufacturing process has the advantage of better modelability compared to conventional compresses. The heat carrier with its dimensions of 54 x 36 cm is optimally adapted to the size of the disposable moor packs. For use in the heating cabinet only! The heat carrier is heated in a water bath to approx. 55 - 65 °C and is used with particularly good success, in connection with moor one-time packs. With its dimensions of 28 x 38 cm is optimal for flat handling.
